Refunds and cancellation

The setup fee — $249

Due on signature. It buys your sending domains, the inboxes on them, data access and 21 days of warmup.

• Before your domains are purchased: refundable in full, no questions and no deduction. Ask, and it goes back the way it came.
• Once your domains are purchased: non-refundable, because that is the point at which the money has been spent on your behalf and cannot be recovered.

Domains are bought after the setup fee clears, and you are told the day it happens. That message is the boundary between the two bullets above, so there is never any doubt about which side of it you are on.

Per-meeting fees — $350

Charged only for Qualified meetings, which means all five conditions in section 3 of the terms were met, including that the person actually attended.

• Nobody shows up: not billable. The meeting is rebooked with the same person or replaced with an equivalent one at no charge, and it stays un-billable until someone attends.
• The attendee turns out not to match the agreed title, headcount or geography: not billable. Raise it and it comes off the invoice.
• You cancel and do not rebook: not billable.
• A month with no meetings that show up: no invoice at all. That is the model working as intended, not a favour.

Disputing an invoice

You have 7 days from the invoice date to dispute any meeting on it. Say which meeting and why, in writing. A meeting not disputed in that window is treated as accepted.

Invoices cover Qualified meetings delivered in the previous calendar month and are due within 14 days. Campaigns may be paused on invoices more than 14 days overdue — paused, not terminated, and never silently.

Cancelling

Month to month, cancel at any time in writing. There is no notice period, no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no auto-renewal.

On cancellation you pay for Qualified meetings already delivered and nothing else. Any meeting already booked but not yet held is either cancelled or honoured, your choice — and if it is honoured and the person attends, it is billable.

What you keep: the shared sheet, because it lives in your Google Drive rather than mine, with every contact, send and reply in it. What you do not keep: the sending domains and inboxes, which remain Firstline property under section 7 of the terms.

Chargebacks

Raise it with me before raising it with your card issuer. A refund that is owed under this page gets paid without argument, and it is faster than a dispute. If a chargeback is filed on an invoice for meetings that were delivered and not disputed within the 7-day window, it will be contested with the meeting log as evidence.
