Terms of service
These terms cover the website and the outbound service. Where a signed services agreement exists, that agreement wins on any point the two disagree on.

1. Who you are dealing with
Firstline is a one-person B2B outbound agency operated from India. It runs cold email campaigns on a client's behalf to book sales meetings. Contact details for anything in this document are at the bottom of this page.
This website is information about that service. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and prices shown are current intent rather than a binding quote until they are in a signed agreement.
2. What the service covers
Firstline runs outbound email campaigns to book sales meetings. That covers list building, sending infrastructure, copywriting, sequence management and meeting scheduling.
Firstline does not attend your sales calls and does not close your deals. No number of meetings, no amount of revenue and no closed business is guaranteed.
3. What counts as a billable meeting
A meeting is Qualified, and therefore billable, only when all five of these are true:
- The attendee holds one of the job titles agreed in writing before work started.
- Their company is inside the headcount range agreed in writing.
- Their company is in one of the geographies agreed in writing.
- They agreed to a call of 30 minutes or more.
- They attended.
An email reply expressing interest is not a Qualified meeting. A request for information is not a Qualified meeting. A meeting you cancel and do not rebook is not a Qualified meeting.
If an attendee does not show, Firstline rebooks the same attendee or replaces the meeting at no charge, and it is not billable until that happens.
Either party may dispute a meeting within 7 days of the invoice it appears on. Meetings not disputed in that window are treated as accepted.
4. Fees and payment
- Setup: $249 USD, due on signature. It covers domains, inboxes, data access and warmup.
- Performance: $350 USD per Qualified meeting.
- No retainer, no minimum, and no media spend billed separately.
Firstline invoices monthly for Qualified meetings delivered in the previous calendar month. Payment is due within 14 days. Campaigns may be paused on invoices more than 14 days overdue.
5. Term and cancellation
Month to month from the start date. Either party may cancel at any time by written notice. On cancellation you pay for Qualified meetings already delivered, and nothing further is owed by either side. There is no auto-renewal clause because there is nothing to renew.
6. What you provide
A scheduling link, an address that replies can be forwarded to, one DNS record on your own domain so the redirect resolves, and a 30-minute kickoff call. Delays here move the timeline, not the fees.
7. Sending domains
Firstline sends from domains it owns and controls, never from your primary domain. Firstline keeps SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place, manages sending volume, and retires and replaces any domain whose deliverability drops. Those domains remain Firstline property unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
8. Data and confidentiality
Each party handles the other's data only to perform the agreement. Neither party discloses the other's confidential information. Firstline will not name you as a client publicly — on this website or anywhere else — without your written permission.
Prospect data sourced from third-party providers is supplied to you for these campaigns. Once a meeting is booked, how you handle that prospect's data in your own systems, including any consent or record-keeping your jurisdiction requires, is your responsibility. How Firstline handles it is set out in the privacy policy.
9. Exclusivity
While a client agreement is live, Firstline will not run campaigns for a direct competitor of that client in the same category and geography.
10. Limits of liability
Firstline does not guarantee a number of meetings, an amount of revenue, or any closed deals. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Each party's total liability is capped at the fees paid under the agreement in the three months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
